We provide simplified access to all of RTL Group’s total video portfolio as well as from external mandates like itv in the UK or RAI in Italy across a sum of 12 markets, over 100 TV channels and 300 online platforms. Our job is to deliver exclusive advertising solutions in safe premium digital and broadcast media environments to millions of potential customers across Europe – every day.

Your challenge:

- Supporting the Sales Director, Digital Sales Director and Sales team, working closely with clients and media agencies.
- Lead generation and acquisition activities, scheduling appointments.
- Trade fair preparation and follow-up, client events, sales meetings.
- Preparation of meetings with clients and agencies as well as internal sales.
- Preparation of presentations and proposals in coordination with the Sales team.
- Client service and support.
- Campaign Management: Booking & Follow-up.
- Organization and completion of sales support activities (mailings).
- Care of the CRM (input, update of the database, reports).
- General Office Management.

Your profile:

- Completed commercial training with 2 years professional experience or degree with a focus on sales / marketing, media, advertising.
- First experience in Media (agency or sales house) desirable and/or experience in the sales assistance, organization, marketing in an international company.
- Interest in TV and advertising, affinity for new media.
- Fluent in Dutch and in English (mandatory), additional languages a plus.
- Independent and goal-oriented approach.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint.
- Team spirit and distinctive personality

Ihre Herausforderungen

- Verstehen und Bewerten von KPIs in der TV-Mediaplanung und bei Kampagnenauswertungen
- Eigenständige Ausarbeitung von TV-Mediaplänen für große pan-europäische Kampagnen im deutschen und österreichischen Markt sowie Koordinierung der Mediaplanung bei unseren Mediapartnern im Ausland, basierend auf den Zielvorgaben der Kunden
- Erstellung, Anfragen und Auswertung von Ex ante-, Ex post- und Konkurrenz-Analysen von marktübergreifenden Kampagnen
- Strategische Beratung aller RTL AdConnect-Verkäufer und -Repräsentanten (vorwiegend in Englisch)
- Lieferung von Argumentationen, die die Stärken des RTL AdConnect-Portfolios aufzeigen
- Unterstützung bei der Einbuchung sowie Optimierung von TV-Kampagnen
- Regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Informationspräsentation „TV Planning and Buying in Europe“
- Unterstützung der TV AdOperations-Teams in Köln und Paris
- Erstellung von PowerPoint-Präsentationen

RTL AdConnect is seeking an innovative and highly-organized Digital Ad Operations Manager to work within the Digital Ad Operations unit in RAC’s marketing team. Your focus is to coordinate and facilitate digital video campaigns across RAC very own DSP and managing our SSP partners to ensure demands are met.

As you are aware of the evolution of the digital video ecosystem into a programmatic one, you are able to see the huge opportunity that your role will evolve during time. You will work with the Group Head Ad Operations to develop the internal DSP and proactively coming up with new ideas.

Your opportunity

- Be a key member of the Digital Ad Operations team to enable international advertisers to the access the no. 1 premium and brand safe video inventory in Europe
- Strategic counselling of all RTL AdConnect sales persons, agents as well as direct clients with reference to the RAC Digital Portfolio
- Support the growth of the biggest European Total Video Sales house by being a central coordination and facilitation point for digital ad operations
- Be part of the no. 1 Total Video sales house in Europe and be at the forefront of the evolution of the digital video Ecosystem

Responsibilities & Duties

- Proactive account management of key advertisers and media agencies in our core markets
- Take ownership of managing online campaigns, including booking & monitoring deals t0 ensure full delivery and meeting clients objectives
- Buying, follow-up and coordination of digital video campaigns (I/O & Programmatic)
- Update of sales material necessary for digital video campaign facilitation (CPM dashboards, contact person database, basic offer presentations, etc.)
- Advising sales team on budget levels, advertising formats and products for digital video campaigns across RTL AdConnect portfolio
- Communicate with local publishing partners on prices, formats, products across digital video portfolio
- Use a DSP to facilitate programmatic campaigns across RTL AdConnect portfolio (Training will be provided)
- Work with the senior management to help develop RAC’s DSP & SSP platform and manage tech partners
- Ensure all reporting is provided in a timely, consistent and coherent manner

Desired Skills/Experience:

- At least 3 years’ experience in planning, assessing and facilitating digital video campaigns in a self-service platform (SSP)
- Has worked for a SSP – ideally one of the following Adx, Spotx, Rubicon, Appnexus, Freewheel, Openx, Index, Brightroll & Pubmatic
- Experience working across international campaigns
- Strong communication, project management and time management skills
- Proficient in Excel and PPT
- Candidates should also be extremely proactive, self-motivated, organised, responsible and able to work independently and in a team.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary requirements and the post holder should have experience in working in high-pressure

L’Analyste Media international assistera son "Group Head" au travers des missions suivantes:

  • Réalisation d’études sectorielles: analyses des stratégies d’investissements média des annonceurs sur plusieurs Pays Européen.
  • Proposition d'une recherche qualitative des secteurs ainsi qu'une veille concurrentielle.
  • Utilisation à bon escient des ressources marketing des différentes régies publicitaires, ainsi que de nos différents partenaires média en Europe.
  • Transposition et présentation des idées et informations dans un format Power Point. Ces présentations seront utilisées par la force commerciale de RTL/AdConnect dans l'élaboration de leurs recommandations à destination des annonceurs et des agences ayant pour projet de lancer des campagnes de publicité à l’étranger.

Profil 

  • Etudiant en école de commerce ou en faculté de gestion, vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience dans une fonction marketing ou commerciale.
  • Vous disposez d’un esprit de synthèse et d’analyse nécessaire à la manipulation des indicateurs publicitaires et au traitement de données chiffrées.
  • Vous présentez un fort intérêt pour le secteur des médias et de la publicité.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et impliqué dans les projets que vous menez.
