Your mission:

Within the RTL AdConnect marketing team, the international media research analysts’ mission is to be the central go-to source for all research & measurement questions within RTL AdConnect, covering both television and digital measurement topics. Based on your knowledge in media research, you are able to produce understandable and insightful white papers, PowerPoint presentations as well as other content pieces. Advising our sales team on the latest topics like GDPR or cross screen measurement is something you are equally eager to do as well as sharing your passion for general research topics in digital and television. Being pragmatic and hands-on on the other hand is in your DNA and you are looking forward to colleagues around you that embody the same spirit in their day-today work.

The International Media Research Analyst will be responsible for the following initiatives:

  • Aggregate, structure and valorize media research coming from RTL AdConnect’s media partners in 12 countries to support RTL AdConnect’s sales mission
  • Connect to measurement experts in local markets to exchange on current trends in digital and television measurement
  • Follow closely local market discussions, trends and developments in marketing & media research
  • Develop and execute media research content pieces to help RTL AdConnect to stay at the forefront of the market discussions
  • Help making RTL AdConnect’s signature publication, the Total Video Key Facts, an even better product by developing articles, identifying research topics and trends to feature
  • Add value to existing marketing products and bring ideas on how to improve them

Your Profile and Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Strong knowledge in marketing and/or media research, previous experience in a media sales house, media agency or research institute
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret research methods and data in order to generate understandable insights
  • Pragmatic, hands-on work ethic and team player
  • Self-motivated and eager to share knowledge with sales and marketing colleagues
  • Mastering of computer tools: Excel, Power Point
  • Fluent English, a third language would be a plus

Vos missions:
- IT Support pour les équipes de RTL AdConnect en Europe (Windows, Active directory, CRM, Internet, VPN, Printers, private datas, Sharepoint issues…
- Responsable des projets téléphonie et Internet (pour le UK spécifiquement)
- Responsable de l’installation et de la formation sur le système de viso conférence pour toute l’Europe
- Rédaction et documentation du CRM
- Formations CRM aux utilisateurs
- Communication avec les différents services IT de RTL Group en Europe

Profil recherché:
- 2 ans minimum d’expérience similaire dans un environnement international
- Vous avez le sens du service clients, un bon relationnel, réactif et savez travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement "fast paced"
- Vous possédez de fortes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais obligatoire. La maîtrise de l’allemand serait un plus

Your mission:
Within the RTL AdConnect Marketing team, the junior international sector analyst’s mission is to identify and analyze advertising strategies of international advertisers
across our 12 markets and derive insights from them that support our sales team. The junior international sector analyst will be responsible for the following initiatives:
- Elaborate sectoral studies: analyse media investment strategies of advertisers in up to 12 European countries, more particularly focusing on Television and Digital.
- The Analyst will translate identified figures and strategies into compelling presentations. These PPT presentations will be used by the RTLAdConnect sales team to develop their recommendations to advertisers and agencies planning to launch advertising campaigns abroad.
- Use competitive intelligence tools to add pertinent recommendations to sales team, and a better understanding of the client and its environment.
- Help collect and make good use of the marketing resources (mainly advertising spends), as well as the ones from our various media partners in Europe.

Your profile:
- Student in business school or management school, you have a first experience in a marketing, consulting or similar functions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and manipulate different kinds of data
- Strong interest in the media and advertising sector
- Rigorous, autonomous and involved in the projects
- Mastering of computer tools: Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
- Fluent English, a third language would be a plus

Your missions:

The marketing product & portfolio executive will be responsible for the following initiatives:

  • Coordinate input from the different marketing pillars of RTLAdConnect to make sure their products are up-to-date and available to everyone on our internal platforms (intranet, file-sharing, etc.)
  • Being in direct and daily contact with the local marketing teams of RTL AdConnect media partners in 12 countries

(Television channels, Video on demand platforms, Multi-Channel Networks and Radio Stations) to be always up-to-date on their programs, audiences, sales policies, comparative analysis & offers

Dieses Profil sollten Sie besitzen:
