New Vox drama series Liar is coming to TV Now ahead of the linear TV broadcast.
Hit British drama series Liar is set to make its German free-TV debut on Vox on 14 March. But users of Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland’s streaming platform TV Now can catch the series’ German premiere before that, on 21 February.
Hauke Bartel, Head of Fiction at Vox, says: “Vox viewers will be able to enjoy captivating new drama series Liar, starring Golden Globe winner Joanne Froggatt, from mid-March. The high-calibre British series deals with a rape accusation, making it very topical in light of the discussions around the Me Too movement. To take account of changing media usage, especially when it comes to international series, and enable our selected content to be consumed even more flexibly, we are giving web-savvy Vox viewers the chance to stream the whole series on TV Now ahead of the linear broadcast as part of our exclusive preview offering.”
