Role and Responsibilities

  • Sell our pre-roll inventory on our YouTube channels as well as Broadcast VOD across our 12 media partners channels
  • Maintain and grow the current customer list through strong communication techniques
  • Develop existing agencies into strategic reoccurring revenue streams
  • Initiate and develop strategic relationships with brands
  • Proactively bring new business projects and opportunities to our digital partners
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline while maximizing revenue
  • Develop relationships with senior agencies and holding company contacts across different teams
  • Manage linear and digital research to help sales department in making successful business decisions
  • Cultivate a top-level sales funnel to meet company goals
  • Liaise internally between digital team and partners
  • Provide social assistance when brands are searching for solutions and assist with managing relationships at an enterprise level
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet company needs

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 4 years minimum digital media experience
  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Strong digital contacts at agency and client level
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Understanding of media and television ecosystem
  • Confident, self –starter with a proven track record who is enthusiastic and keen to grow with the role
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong Knowledge in creating and carrying out pitches

We are looking for a positive and resourceful Senior Account Director to join the RTL AdConnect team. The Senior Account Director will be responsible for dealing with marketing brands and understanding what clients are looking for. The right candidate will effectively communicate amongst teams and partners, while assisting with decision-making processes and discussing new opportunities for the brand.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships while developing and leading brand integration
  • Help build long-term client relationships, anticipating client needs, and working with supporting teams to solve those needs.

What we are looking for: 

You are highly motivated in selling our Digital portfolio to international media agencies and advertisers. Under the leadership of the International Digital Sales Director you will work closely with the international sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Selling the Total Video portfolio of RTL AdConnect to clients, agencies and trading desks.
  • Managing a portfolio of existing digital clients and developing their digital revenues
  • Proactively bringing new business projects and opportunities to our digital partners
  • Presenting our digital portfolio to clients and agencies

For our sales office in NY, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic International Sales Director. The International Sales Director will be highly motivated in selling our portfolio (TV, digital and radio) to international media agencies and advertisers in a defined sales territory. Under the leadership of the Deputy Director North America you will work closely with the international sales and marketing team.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Selling the total European video portfolio of  RTL AdConnect to clients & agencies as a key and primary priority
  • Selling the digital video inventory portfolio of RTL AdConnect to clients & agencies as a secondary priority (when your existing contacts in the industry or leads are not interested in the European offer)
  • Developing a portfolio of Advertisers to grow revenues for both TV and Digital media
  • Sourcing and converting new advertisers to become key new repeat clients
  • Presenting our digital and TV portfolio to clients and agencies
  • Responsible for cross media-sales
  • Analysis of clients’ media and communication strategies, consultancy
  • Evangelize our digital knowledge and position externally on the market and internally (classical TV sales team)

Strategy & Synergy Committee (Syco*)

  • Organise & lead RTL group exchange platform (Syco) about Ad Sales, Marketing/Research & Digital

Your profile:
